Sunset House B&B
The Sunset House offers a warm home atmosphere in the historic Queen Ann style, conveniently located in downtown. Built during the mid-1800s and carefully restored in 1999 as a Bed and Breakfast by hosts Nancy and Paul Boileau, Sunset House retains its historic character as a boarding house in the early 1900s. The original Sunset House sign hangs in the entry foyer, welcoming you back in time. We offer off-street parking, and visitors can easily walk, bike, or even rollerblade to attractions in and around the city: The Church Street Marketplace, restaurants, Flynn Theater, Lake Champlain Waterfront, and much more within two or three blocks; minutes to historic parks, colleges, lake, and mountain sunsets. Check-in at 3 p.m. Non-smoking.
