Anyone can learn this practice of breath, presence, and movement. Beginners are especially welcome. Find yourself in a welcoming, cozy environment to initiate or continue to cultivate your yogic discipline. Mysore-style practices are offered with rolling start times Tuesday through Friday, AM & PM. This is an excellent way to learn the system if you are new, and loved by experienced practitioners to explore and progress at their pace. It’s like having a privately guided yoga session in a group setting! Led (cued) Primary and Half Primary held Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Owner and lead teacher Sara Garside has traveled to India to study with Saraswathi Jois, and 6 other countries to seek out expert tutelage from teachers like David Garrigues, David Swenson, Adam Keene, and Patrick Winogrond.
