Community Opportunities:
Downtown Business Survey
"To better understand the economic health of our downtown business community and strengthen our advocacy efforts, we are asking for your help. This survey is completely anonymous. We are intentionally not collecting names or business identities because we believe anonymity will encourage more candid responses and higher participation. Regardless of whether you participate, I will share the aggregated results with the entire downtown business community. Thank you for taking a few minutes to help us better understand the challenges and opportunities facing downtown businesses." -Mark Bouchett, Chair, Church Street Marketplace Commission
Offers to Encourage Canadian Travelers
Vermont Tourism will be expanding promotion of its “Special Canadian Offers” program this summer, supported by a digital advertising campaign in Quebec. With ads served in both English and French, the “By the Numbers” campaign highlights various Vermont facts, followed by the tagline “100% Love for Canada.” The campaign messaging is heartfelt, focused on strengthening Vermont’s ties with Canada over the long-term. If you have not yet submitted your Canadian offer, or if you have a new or updated one you would like to add for summer, please fill out this form. Your business or attraction must already be listed on Plan.VermontVacation.com to submit an offer. If it’s not yet listed there, please email Katharine Ingram to be added to the directory.
