Permission to Use Images

Images on this site may be used free of charge by newspapers, magazines, news mediums and travel brochures. Permission to use these images is based on the knowledge that each publication will properly credit each image with either the photographer's name (when noted) or "Courtesy of the Church Street Marketplace".

All images are saved in JPEG format. If you require an image of different dimensions, print quality or format, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  We also ask that you email us at kbookless@ci.burlington.vt.us and provide the following information: 1. Name of the publication 2. Image being used (note file name) and 3. Use of image (specific edition/story).

We want your photos!

Are you a student/amateur photographer who has taken pictures of the Church Street Marketplace and surrounding downtown locations? Have you taken beautiful and interesting photos of the Marketplace and its events that you'd like to share with visitors? We'd love to add your photos to our gallery. To submit a photo for consideration, please email kbookless@ci.burlington.vt.us with your name, image title and a short caption including, if possible, the date the photo was taken.

**Please note: By submitting a photograph, you acknowledge that you have the right to distribute this photo/image and proper credit must be given. These photos may be used, without financial reimbursement to the photographer or any other party, by those who visit this site (including news mediums and travel brochures). Photos will be considered on an individual basis. If content is appropriate, they will be displayed in one of our galleries. We thank you in advance for your contributions!
