Vermont Fresh Network on the Street

Four Church Street Marketplace restaurants are currently Vermont Fresh Network (VFN) members: Sweetwaters, Three Tomatoes, Leunig's Bistro and Smokejacks Restaurant.  Halvorson's Upstreet Cafe is in the process of obtaining membership.

What is Vermont Fresh Network?

The Vermont Fresh Network is a non-profit organization devoted to establishing relationships between chefs, restaurants, food producers, farms, distributors and co-ops, to bring the freshest products to consumers, while aiding the local community and economy.

Vermont Fresh Network:

"...encourages farmers, food producers and chefs to work directly with each other to build partnerships. Building these regional connections contributes to stronger local communities and their economies."
