The Skinny Pancake started as a cart on Church Street and was the first cart certified as a partner member of Vermont Fresh Network.  Now the Skinny Pancake is a restaurant as well, located on the Waterfront.

Paul makes his kettle korn fresh, right on the street!  If you're looking for a sweet but slightly salty snack, this is the cart for you.  High quality ingredients and a friendly personality make this a cart not to be missed.

Amir's Kebob Cart

Amir's cart serves up some of the best donor kebabs in Burlington as well food from his native country, Bosnia.  Additional offerings include gyros, panini sandwiches and assortment of beverages. Amir keeps his cart open until early morning on Friday and Saturday for late-night bar goers.

Niko's Souvlaki is a family run business that serves up homemade Greek food and pastries.  The Nikos Souvlaki cart is located at the corner of Church Street Marketplace and College Street near Leunig's Bistro.

Rookie's Root Beer

Rookie's Root Beer cart serves root beer made in the Rooke's New North End home.  If you miss their cart on the street you can sample their root beer at a variety of downtown restaurants such as American Flatbread.  Stop by for a cold glass on a hot day or to grab a root beer float for dessert!  Rookie's also sells kegs of root beer, a perfect treat for your next bbq or birthday party.  Kegs of Rookie's are $50 and contain about 55 servings.  Check them out at the Burlington Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Hong's Chinese Dumplings

Hong's Chinese Dumplings' food cart started in 2000 on Church Street. Hong rolls out delicious hand made dumplings right in front of your eyes from scratch - even the sauces are homemade! She also serves shrimp egg rolls, veggie egg rolls, veggie fried rice, sesame noodles, etc.  You can find her cart on most sunny days in the summer from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (courtesy of Lisa Hong)

Rasta Wraps

Rasta Wraps is a newcomer to the street and already gaining recognition for having tasty, fresh wraps.  Owner Cormac Walsh is working to be the second cart on Church Street to become a Vermont Fresh Network partner member.  Rasta Wraps uses only fresh ingredients to deliver tried and true favorites and new, unique flavor combinations.  The cart is on the street during the week and can be seen from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.  Stop by on your lunch break or on your way home from the bar scene.

Kid's Lemonade is run through the Job Club program at King Street Youth Center. "Youth who participate in Job Club training, are allowed to practice their skills by working and managing Kid's Lemonade."
