The Marketplace Dining Experience

Outdoor Cafes and Cart Vendors

When sun finally replaces snow, a large number of restaurants offer outdoor seating, providing ample opportunity for people watching, soaking up the sun and enjoying a late afternoon breeze from Lake Champlain.

Cart vendors start making appearances in late April before taking up permanent residence until October.  Options range from homemade root beer to Chinese food, kebabs to hot dogs and kettle corn to crepes.
